∎ SSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and repair damaged fiberglass structures and products.
∎ Perform routine maintenance to extend the lifespan of fiberglass components.
∎ Prepare fiberglass materials by cutting, laminating, and layering.
∎ Mix and apply resins, gel coats, and other coatings. Inspect finished fiberglass products for quality and compliance with specifications.
∎ Ensure proper curing and finishing of fiberglass components.
∎ Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for working with fiberglass materials.
∎ Follow environmental regulations for the handling and disposal of materials.
∎ Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and repairs conducted.
∎ Document any issues or defects encountered during fabrication or repairs.
∎ Collaborate with other team members, including designers, engineers, and supervisors.
∎ Communicate effectively to ensure project goals are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Previous experience in fiberglass fabrication or repair preferred.
∎ Knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, and curing processes.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
∎ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
∎ Physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
∎ Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to fiberglass work.
∎ Good communication and teamwork skills.
