∎ Identify discrepancies in information and conduct follow-ups
∎ Present applications to the facilities Credentialing Committee
∎ Assist customers with credentialing inquiries
∎ Respond to health plan provider inquiries
∎ Capture primary source documentation in computer databases
∎ Ensure data is backed up
