• Provide accurate advice to clients regarding visa processing.

• Handle customer calls and respond to client inquiries via Facebook, What’s App and other communication platforms.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency and follow up as needed.

• Soft-spoken, professional attitude and a good listener.

• Ability to speak clearly and fluently in Bengali and Basic English.

• Ability to build client confidence, mentally strong to work under pressure and able to calmly handle angry or stressed clients.

• Proficient in computer use (MS Word xel.

• Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data

• Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
