Additional Requirements:

- Experience: Prior experience in managing social media and handling customer calls.·
- Skills: Good typing speed in Bangla (Avro),
- Strong communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).·
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and Familiarity with browsing social media platforms like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.·
- Personality: Polite, proactive, and organized.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a confident and dedicated female receptionist to join our team.
Location: Opposite of Abul Hotel, Malibag, Dhaka-1217
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media messages.
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their queries.·
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.·
- Provide support in maintaining schedules and appointments.·
- Keep records and manage patient inquiries efficiently.
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
