Educational Requirements:
∎ A relevant degree-level qualification (ideally postgraduate level Especially Masters in Sociology/Anthropology/Economics/Public Administration /Statistics/Governance and Public Policy/Disaster Management.

Job Context:
∎ Unit : Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL)
∎ Types of contract : Contractual
∎ Relationships: S/he will be reportable to Manager - MEAL.
∎ Under the direct supervision of Manager -MEAL, S/His main responsibility will be to assist on designing and implementation of Information Management system and organizational CRM system as a part of the accountability mechanism. S/he will help the team for collecting data and information for effective Information Management system, manage database of CRM system and will also assist team in annual reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop database for information management
∎ Assist partners for effective information management
∎ Regular LRP visit for data validation
∎ Develop database for CRM system
∎ Analyse data and prepare accountability snapshot
∎ Communicate accountability related data and information to the respective managers
∎ Collect response from the managers and update database

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding development issues and Emergency Reponses/Disaster Management.
∎ Academic Knowledge on Information Management.
∎ Strong ability to use MS Office applications and digital data collection tools / infographics software.
∎ Good Knowledge on Human Right Based Approach (HRBA).
∎ Commitment to and understanding ActionAid Bangladesh, values and principles, including right based.
