∎ Minimum one year of relevant experience (preferably in green and energy transition, human rights, environment and climate change) in any development organisation.
∎ Advocacy experience in energy, environmental justice, human rights is preferable.
∎ Proficiency in basic design tools for creating visually compelling content for social media and digital platforms is preferable.
∎ Technical Skills
∎ Skill on documentation and reporting
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
∎ Willingness to learn and stay updated on global trends.
∎ Openness to travel across Bangladesh.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.

∎ Working experience in report writing, evidence collection and case study
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Name : Powering Change: Advancing a Just and Sustainable Energy Transition in Bangladesh, Funded by TARA Climate Foundation
∎ Strategic Priority : Resilience and Climate Justice
∎ Duration: 11 Months
∎ Job Summary : The main purpose of the position is to provide support to the team as needed for the project. This includes organizing advocacy and campaign events, mobilizing communities and CSOs, conducting research to gather evidence on energy transition, environmental issues, climate, land, and human rights. Additionally, the fellow will assist in addressing organizational emergencies and priorities as required.
