∎ Contract length: 12 months with possibility of extension depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role will work collaboratively with all seven programme leads in Rohingya Response and other departments in the Rohingya Response and Country Office to ensure smooth submission and close out of FD7 applications for all projects in compliance with all the intermediate steps/procedures. The position will be also responsible for the roll out of FD - 7 processes, improving internal ways of working and act as focal point for FD - 7 related matters for the Response Team, especially in terms of compliance and identification of potential difficulties in advance.
∎ The Job Holder will also be expected to manage the FD - 6 processes when the Rohingya Response program moves into recovery phases in the future.
∎ In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ One year experiences of managing FD - 7 processes in an international NGO;
∎ Previous experience of managing FD - 6 processes and coordination and liaising with Govt. of Bangladesh processes;
∎ People having no experiences of managing the FD - 7 processes need not apply;
∎ Fair understanding & experience of NGO Bureau and FD - 7 requirements & exposure to donor regulations and compliance mechanism;
∎ Understanding of Budgeting and Reporting;
∎ Familiarity of Project Management;
∎ Understanding of project design;
∎ Able to work under minimal supervision;
∎ Proven experience in coordinating between different departments;
∎ Solid organizational & planning skills;
∎ Ability to work positively with people from different cultures;
∎ Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking);
∎ High level of competency in MS Word and Excel.
