Job Context:

∎ This prestigious Hotel is looking for young personnel for the following position to build as a future industry leader: F&B Cost Controller.
∎ Reporting To: Director, Finance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
∎ Manage everyday operations, accounting and inventory of Kitchen store.
∎ Analyze the daily figures versus the purchases made and looks for optimizations.
∎ Continuously study weaknesses in wastage control implemented at the Kitchen and provide suggestions for improvements.
∎ Manage Kitchen store operations to ensure excellent service in economic and profitable manner.
∎ Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the Kitchen store without requisition or approval from the respective Sub-department in-charge.
∎ Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
∎ Monitor quantity of store requisition with forthcoming events/requirements.
∎ Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience at the same role.
∎ A background in the hotel industry is required.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
