Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Diploma in F&B from a Reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external member service
∎ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
∎ Identify members needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
∎ Lead F&B team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel
∎ Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations
∎ Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
∎ Design attractive menus
∎ Order food supplies for the kitchen
∎ Ensure that members are satisfied with food and service
∎ Train new restaurant staff
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): F&B Service, Production, Quality Control, F&B Policy.
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Ability to forecast how much food is needed
∎ Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
∎ Communication and leadership skills
∎ Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
∎ Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
∎ Guest-oriented and service-minded
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Must be Honest and Discretion.
∎ Good look and well mannered.
