Experience:

• BSC in Fashion Designing.

• Age At most 45 years

• Should have the capability to create commercially successful designs of Male and Female clothing.
• Must have product development skills and a good eye for designs.
• Must able to make seasonal trend mood boards. Must have in depth knowledge of fabrics and accessories suitable for women’s Boutiques , Designer dress , Customize design , Bridle dress, Sharara - garara , Gown , Party ware , Casual women's ware, etc.
• Must have knowledge/experience for development of value additions embroideries/print/washes etc.
• Must have good product presentation skills.
• Must have costing/pricing knowledge.
• Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and accessories trends.
• Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
• Should have working on illustrator, photoshop & 3d software like Clo or vstitcher to develop the 3d designs, sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories.
• Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours when required.

• Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products in line with the requirements.
• Analyze and clear understating of design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
• Develop themes, collect inspirations, and prepare mood boards for the new collections.
• Create detailed design specifications, including sketches (with CAD design), technical drawings, and material selection.
• Ensure seasonal design requirements are fulfilled and create designs accordingly.
• Fully understand the brand requirements and create artworks accordingly.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing and others cross-functional teams to align product designs with brand strategies.
• Source fabrics, accessories, and different embellishments for new development if necessary.
• Prepare detailed trend analyses and forecast new styles.
• Prepare the specifications and information sheet in technical artwork.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market research, and customer preferences.
• Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
