Responsibilities & Context:

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our in-house design team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with technical expertise and understands the complete journey of a garment—from concept to production.

• Job Location: Sibu Market, Narayanganj
• Workplace: On-site (From Office)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts aligned with Bishworang’s brand identity and seasonal direction
• Create technical illustrations, flat sketches, and detailed spec sheets for production
• Design and visualize garments using CLO 3D and digital design tools
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and production teams
• Supervise sampling, fitting sessions, and necessary design revisions
• Ensure designs are production-feasible, cost-effective, and quality-focused
• Maintain awareness of market trends while preserving brand aesthetics
• Support sustainable and responsible fashion practices
