- Maintaining high personal standard and projecting a warm welcoming attitude toward customers.
- Housekeeping as per store operation guidelines.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert advise on products that best meet customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Present and demonstrates products/services to customers, highlighting the key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
