∎ Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forest/ any retired qualified experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience about offseason vegetable & Cultivation
∎ Experience about Plant disease & insect of crops
∎ Making daily /weekly report & submission
∎ Knowledge about green house & hydroponic system
∎ Knowledge of organic farming best practices
∎ Experience about Dairy is preferable. Analyzing existing operations, crops, and livestock.
∎ Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked
∎ Training of new staff members.
∎ Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.
∎ Install, Monitor and maintain seasonal plants & health of other plants
∎ Ensuring Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces, Mulch, edge and weed gardens
∎ Prune and trim trees and bushes
∎ Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter
∎ Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
∎ Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
∎ Modern Irrigation Knowledge basically hill area deep drip system
∎ Green House set up knowledge experience.
∎ Farm safety net set up knowledge (Boundary).
∎ Modern Nursery set up and maintenance knowledge.
∎ A hill top farm house working experience is first priority.
∎ Knowledge of Floriculture, Horticulture, Bamboo grafting, soil testing, soil Ph concept, citrus & spices
∎ crops knowledge, tissue culture, Agro tourism should be preferable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Based Farm.
∎ Proven experience as a Farm Manager in a hilly or forested environment, with expertise in both forestry and agriculture.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Adaptability to the unique challenges of hill forest farming.
∎ Must have Bike riding experience with Driving License.
