Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal
∎ Lead automation, innovation & adaption of technology
∎ To establish clear operating standards and systems for all aspects of the operations to maintain and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
∎ Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) in the factory.
∎ Adherence to sustainability and Operations Risk Management (ORM).
∎ Ensure Daily direction setting is implemented and established in the area of responsibility to support and ensure delivery of KPI's
