Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the full operations of our factory. The selected candidate will be the key person in charge, ensuring smooth production, team management, and overall factory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all factory operations
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Lead and coordinate factory staff and departments
Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements
Maintain discipline, safety, and operational compliance
