Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be well experienced about Jute Industries
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern jute products manufacturing machineries.
∎ With proven leadership skill for people management and know how to handle production issues with workers.
∎ Experienced in a fast pace high volume jute production for at least 5 years.
∎ Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination skill with related department/section.
∎ A championed for production planning, organizing, directing and running the optimum capacity of the factory on daily basis.
∎ Accountability for production output, product quality and timely production and on time delivery based on production planning.
∎ Manage the whole production process including machine maintenance and improvement.
∎ Directly lead workers & mid management for training and planning improvement.
∎ Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Know how to prepare production and delivery schedule per line in collaboration with the planning department & section technicians. Expertise in production load management and line balancing as per buyer style requirement.
∎ With technical sound knowledge on production quality adherence based on buyer requirements and factory quality expectation in coordination with quality department.
∎ Recommend any line improvement as necessary.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
