- Monitor social media channels; and Facebook Page for user-generated content, comments, and messages.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries.
- Enforce community guidelines to uphold a positive and respectful online environment.
- Identify and address inappropriate or offensive content, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies for community engagement and growth.
- Generate reports on community feedback, trends, and issues for management review.
