Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing yarn/grey fabrics
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and alignment with system’s records·
∎ Supervise the receipts & issue of yarn/grey fabrics·
∎ Ensure safe and organized storage of yarn/grey fabrics·
∎ Issue and maintain relevant & accurate records·
∎ Update inventory data in ERP systems·
∎ Ensure compliance with factory standards and audit requirements·
∎ Supervise and train store keepers, helpers and labor staff·
∎ Ensure overall operations of the store like receiving, issuing, safety, reporting, documentations and damage management etc
