About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Fabric Marketing & Sourcing Manager with strong market reach across Bangladesh’s textile hubs. This role is primarily marketing-driven, focused on developing buyer relationships, generating business, and positioning our fabric capabilities with buying houses and global brands, while also managing strategic sourcing and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections with buying houses, apparel brands, and mills, and a deep understanding of Bangladesh’s textile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

 Drive growth via marketing, servicing, and multi-country sourcing

 Visit markets for leads, trends, pricing, and supplier scouting

 Maintain relationships with buyers and international vendors

 Turn buyer needs into regional sourcing and development

 Lead woven/knit sourcing with mill selection and approvals

 Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time shipments

 Handle documentation as per buyer and trade norms

Key Skills & Competencies

 5+ years of experience in fabric marketing/sourcing with buying houses or apparel brands

 Strong network in Bangladesh textile market and mills

 Excellent marketing, negotiation, and relationship management skills

 Ability to convert buyer discussions into sourcing programs

 Strong coordination and communication with local and international stakeholders

 Capable of handling multiple categories and high-volume programs
