Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in English, Mass Communication, Management or any other discipline from reputed academic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Expected time to resume: March 01, 2021
∎ Duration of the position: Initially for 10 months with possibility of further extension.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6/7 years of work experience in a Liaison and/or Administrative function with Government and external relations in particular the NGO Affairs Bureau.
∎ Experience in working with Govt. structures, NGOAB, Home ministry, SB, NSI units and proven track record of managing and maintaining NGOAB rules, regulations and various approval process.
∎ Excellent knowledge of legal requirements of Government bodies for operation of INGOs within Bangladesh.
∎ Proven ability and skills to conceive, analyse, develop and execute medium-to-long term strategies and campaigns to deal with complex issues, policy and law, involving multiple issues and players.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and the skills necessary ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape.
∎ Capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-ranking governmental authorities, research/academic institutions, community or industry influences and other third parties who may have significant influence on public policies
∎ Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Knowledge in MS applications with excellent Excel and Word processing in English and Bengali
∎ Problem solving oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
