Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible of Commercial, Procurement & Regulatory Affairs in Pharmaceutical company.Formulate procurement plan for both local and imported RM & PM on the basis of present stock and manufacturing demand to ensure optimum level of RM & PM stock.Ensure source development for new or existing materials/ingredients with a view to maintain best quality at the competitive priceFinalize the purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods of Local raw & packing materials, stationery/supply/promotional items and all other scheduled and non-scheduled itemsProvide all necessary assistance to the Head of Procurement on coordination and value contribution relevant to Procurement in line with industry standards as well as pharma regulatory requirements.Monitor submission & approval of Block list, DGDA related activities, opening of LC in due time, follow up and oversee the indenters & suppliers' activities to ensure materials reach in time with approved specification.Liaise with relevant departments like QA, PMD, PPIC and Production in ensuring the availability of materials at the right time.Coordinate all regulatory affairs in Drug Administration, DLS and regulatory affairs, studying scientific and legal documents. gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing and collating information in a variety of formats.
