∎ MBA in Accounting or Finance with CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Finalize Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly Financial Report and give explanation of report to the management.
∎ To Check the Payment voucher and Provision of the various suppliers and contractors.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank summary statement.
∎ To verify indirect labor.
∎ To conduct physical inventory (randomly and periodically).
∎ To check RS data, Edit & Confirmation and adjustment into ERP software.
∎ To check, finalize and prepare all provisional noncash journals.
∎ To Prepare Cash Flow Statement Monthly.
∎ To Prepare SBUs Accounts as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Having experience in Real Estate Industry will get preference.
∎ Excellent Communications skill.
∎ Computer proficiency and well conversant with ERP Software.

Salary: Negotiable
