Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare PR, GRN of Head office & local materials, receive materials and issue to the software.
∎ Maintain stock ledger, gate pass, Raw materials PR & GRN.
∎ Prepare Spot PR, GRN issue & entry local bill to the software.
∎ Check stock inventory of dyes chemicals on quarterly basis.
∎ Ensure product tag, BIN Card, rack display, index and materials code as all received spare parts and keep it in rack as department and machine wise.
∎ Maintain FIFO, LIFO, BIN card and prepare monthly inventory report & send to the concern authority.
∎ Maintain and update virtual stock and physical stock in order to transfer materials from one unit to another unit after creating Stock Transfer Order (STO).
∎ Prepare various report of store department.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office, Email communication and Integrated Accounting package i.e. Software knowledge is must.
∎ Candidate having experience in the store department of PVC Industries will get preference.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
