Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive to join our company.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
∎ Build relationships with potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, visit of clients etc.
∎ Candidate have strong client data base of real estate sector get preference.
∎ Effectively list and market company’s properties through different professionals/ organizations, showcasing unique features and advantages of properties to potential buyers.
∎ Plan and execute events to showcase our projects.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights a recommendation for improvement.
∎ If require, door to door visit for marketing & make short list of potential clients.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target regularly.
∎ If you achieve your sells target then you are eligible for attractive commission.
∎ Present product features, pricing, and benefits persuasively to encourage purchase decisions.
∎ Handle objections and concerns from prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
∎ Follow up with leads and prospects through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and follow-up appointments.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
∎ Computer Literacy for official activities.
