Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within Dhaka city.
· Prior experience in Beverage, Packaged Food, and FMCG sectors (e.g., soybean oil, sunflower oil, milk powder, atta, maida, suji) is required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
· Both Male & Female are allowed to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Conduct daily market visits to establish and strengthen corporate relationships (e.g., corporate offices, chain shops, superstores).
· Work within the Corporate Sales & Modern Trade Marketing team.
· Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Demonstrate strong sales process knowledge, communication skills, and client relationship management.
· Build and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and preferences.
· Present and promote products/services to prospective clients and consumers.
· Handle key account management and distribution activities.
· Ensure 100% achievement of monthly delivery and collection targets.
· Meet assigned monthly sales targets set by management.
· Prepare and submit monthly sales and collection reports to the reporting supervisor.
