• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP, PSTN, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identifying new customer segments, generating leads, and converting prospects into active clients.

• Conducting area-wise market visits, meeting potential customers, and promoting company products/services.

• Maintaining regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Providing customer support by handling inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Coordinating with the technical and customer service teams to address customer complaints and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

• Managing corporate clients, franchise partners, and home users with professionalism and result-oriented communication.
