• Finding new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects;

• Making effective, regular marketing and sales visits to public and private offices;

• Participating actively in the marketing team and maintaining individual client visits followed by guaranteed sales;

• Understand the importance of Customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;

• Actively contributing to the development of a robust platform for NRB communication; 

• Assisting in the creation of a high-quality database of NRBs;

• Additionally, developing an efficient tool for result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NRBs and expatriates;

• Gather up-to-date market data and include it in your marketing strategy or plan;

• Investigate new markets to help boost sales;

• Create and provide sales and marketing reports on a regular basis to your immediate supervisor.
