Responsibilities & Context:
Have to achieve monthly and yearly joint venture land development target as per ABP.
Prospecting client hunting by using different sources such as Internal & External reference.
Conducts market research & competitor`s analysis by Market survey.
Knowledge of FAR calculation as per Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
Arrange meeting with actual land owners for joint venture land development.
Continuous follow-up and convince the land owners for joint venture agreement.
Prepare offer for clients as per feasibility study of the company.
Prepare Deed of agreement (DOA) and Power of Attorney (POA) after receiving the required land documents from land owners.
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and clients·
Any Other tasks as assigned by management
