Experience:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Preferable: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management / Management / Accounting / Hospital Management

• Training on inventory management or ERP software will be an advantage

Store & Inventory Management

• Manage overall hospital store operations (Medical & General Store)

• Maintain minimum, maximum & reorder stock level

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines, surgical & consumable items

• Supervise store receiving, storing and issuing procedures

• Verify GRN (Goods Received Note) and stock entry

Documentation & Control

• Maintain bin card, stock register & ERP records accurately

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification

• Prepare monthly consumption & stock report

• Monitor expiry, damage & slow moving items

• Coordinate with purchase department for requisition

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure FEFO/FIFO policy is followed

• Maintain proper storage conditions as per hospital standards

• Ensure audit compliance and documentation readiness

• Implement cost control and wastage prevention measures

Team Supervision

• Supervise store assistants & helpers

• Prepare duty roster and assign responsibilities

• Ensure discipline and operational efficiency

Coordination

• Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Purchase & Accounts departments

• Support emergency supply during OT & ICU requirements

• Handle urgent requisition effectively
