Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating positive change to join our “Impact & Partnership” team. The individual will play a crucial role in advancing the company’s mission by forging and maintaining strategic partnerships, assessing impact metrics from operational processes, and driving initiatives that enhance the company’s community and industry presence.

∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with foundations, NGOs, corporations, and government agencies to enhance the startup's reach and impact.
∎ - Collaborate with external partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the startup's impact and reach.
∎ - Research and identify potential impact-linked financing/grant opportunities that align with the startup’s objectives.
∎ - Lead the end-to-end process of grant applications, including proposal development, submission, and reporting requirements.
∎ - Maintain relationships with donors and ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
∎ - Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to donors, showcasing project milestones and impact metrics.
∎ - Represent Fashol at relevant events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.
∎ - Actively engage with the startup and impact communities, staying informed about industry trends and potential collaborations.
∎ - Evaluate and measure the success of impact acceleration programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ - Develop and implement impact measurement strategies to assess social and environmental outcomes of the startup’s initiatives.
∎ - Use data and metrics to communicate the success and effectiveness of impact-driven projects.
∎ - Provide regular updates to the management on funding portfolio status and key trends.

∎ REQUIREMENTS:
∎ - Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Information, or a related field.
∎ - Proven experience in proposal writing, partnership development and/or program management from a social impact perspective.
∎ - Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and social impact initiatives.
∎ - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and communicate impact metrics.
