Responsibilities & Context:

Drive corporate sales for Ethiopian Airlines in Bangladesh by strengthening relationships, expanding revenue, and promoting the airline’s products and services across the corporate and travel trade sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients to achieve assigned revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate corporate deals, incentive agreements, and travel partnerships.

  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product briefings to corporate houses, travel agencies, and partners.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and update management on sales progress and forecast.

2. Account Management

  • Strengthen relationships with existing corporate and trade partners to maximise sales.

  • Provide tailored solutions, fare proposals, and route recommendations as per client needs.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and ensure smooth service delivery in coordination with the airline.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends; propose actions to stay competitive.

3. Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Ethiopian Airlines’ office for fare requests, corporate agreements, and promotional activities.

  • Ensure timely submission of MIS, market intelligence, and sales reports.

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and trade activities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Work closely with the reservation team for itinerary planning, group fare requests, and special approvals.

4. Performance & Compliance

  • Meet monthly and yearly sales targets established by management and the airline.

  • Ensure adherence to airline policies, GSA standards, and industry compliance requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation for contracts, approvals, and sales commitments.
