Excellent written and verbal communications Skill.
Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Having ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and submit Utilization Declarations for allocated funds/resources.
Ensure all expenditures are accurately recorded with supporting documents.
Handle purchase, sales, and supply chain documentation.
Monitor utilization of allocated resources and maintain proper balances.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and payment processes.
Verify invoices, bills, delivery notes, and related documents.
Generate detailed reports of resource/fund utilization for management review.
Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist auditors with all required documents and information.
Keep all commercial documents, agreements, and financial records updated.
Archive necessary copies of invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Project teams to gather data.
Support smooth UD preparation and submission processes.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
