• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance

• Bachelor or Masters in Accounting /Finance/Accounting & Information System.

• Professional Certification:  CA-CC / ICMAB (Foundation Level).

• The applicant should have proven working experience in Audit and Costing.

• Knowledge about products, product pricing, and its component.

• Clear Understanding of financial numbers and ratios and how they impact the business.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should be smart, honest, sincere & punctual.

• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

• Ability to work in cooperation and collaboration with all levels of employees.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Company’s financial, suppliers and employee’s information.

• Ensure the right product costing for assigned categories to ensure maximize profit margin.

• Collect and analyze information to determine costs of business activities such as the purchase of raw materials.

• Analyze Product costing, Contribution Margin analysis, Break Even Point analysis, and Margin of Safety analysis.

• Analyze and prepare reports periodically for the difference between actual production costs and standard costs.

• Maintain the documentation of data and any statistical arrangement in cost analysis.

• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.

• Developing/maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce costs and improve overall profitability.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for management & stakeholders.

• Analysis local market and competitors all types of category costing to ensure competitive pricing in the market.

• Ensure seasonal MRP and margin analysis for assigned category.

• Effectively work with product development department and product managers for cost effective product development.

• Sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, banking, Tax & VAT, and other related activities.

• Prepare and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.

• Support business initiatives through detained financial analysis and risk assessment.

• To maintain daily checking (Journal, Purchase, sales & Collection) in ERP software.
