Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for generating and acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Nilam.xyz.
∎ Recognize trends and find the sellers at the forefront of them.
∎ Ideate, execute and track new initiatives and avenues to acquire new sellers for Nilam.xyz.
∎ Provide basic training and support for new sellers.
∎ Managing the relationship by acting as point of contact for new sellers; covering areas such as onboarding, support, promotion, reactivation and offering exclusive perks
∎ Regularly checking in on our Pipeline, updating the status and activity of the seller.
∎ Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates.
∎ Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics.
∎ Monitor and help to improve seller performance on product quality, ready to ship lead time and stock management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
