US Bangla Group is one of the prominent private companies in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee for its Medical Tourism concern, who can work independently or with a team and have relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
Establishing & maintaining new business through onboarding channel partners
Managing channel partners and assisting them to convert clients.
Generating new business by identifying and creating new clients.
Visiting doctors & healthcare professionals to promote company services and generate leads.
Creating awareness & developing the brand of the marketing tool
Communicating with target audience to build & develop strong customer relationship
Contributing ideas to market campaign
Frequent Field visits to meet up partners/clients as well as attending patients in their residence/office if required
Communicate with patients via direct call/visit who are interested in availing treatment in foreign countries.
Collecting information, valuable documents, medical reports from patients for treatment
Serve Patient with best treatment decision by understanding the nature of the patient
Booking hospital appointments & issuing Visa Invitation Letter from the International Team
Must have ability to troubleshoot and take instant problem-solving decisions.
Should be able to work under pressure as required in the health industry.
Should meet monthly KPI of patient conversion and take up added responsibilities if required.
