US Bangla Group is one of the prominent private companies in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee for its Medical Tourism concern, who can work independently or with a team and have relevant experience. 

Job Responsibilities

• Establishing & maintaining new business through onboarding channel partners

• Managing channel partners and assisting them to convert clients.

• Generating new business by identifying and creating new clients.

• Visiting doctors & healthcare professionals to promote company services and generate leads.

• Creating awareness & developing the brand of the marketing tool

• Communicating with target audience to build & develop strong customer relationship

• Contributing ideas to market campaign

• Frequent Field visits to meet up partners/clients as well as attending patients in their residence/office if required

• Communicate with patients via direct call/visit who are interested in availing treatment in foreign countries.

• Collecting information, valuable documents, medical reports from patients for treatment

• Serve Patient with best treatment decision by understanding the nature of the patient

• Booking hospital appointments & issuing Visa Invitation Letter from the International Team

• Must have ability to troubleshoot and take instant problem-solving decisions.

• Should be able to work under pressure as required in the health industry.

• Should meet monthly KPI of patient conversion and take up added responsibilities if required.
