∎ Skills Required: Good command of both verbal and written English, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Real Estate related information and services to clients.
∎ Day to day sales operations such as cold call, follow-up call.
∎ Find prospective client by door-to-door field visit.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan & report.
∎ To set up meetings with potential clients along with team leader.
∎ Advise team leader in case of developing new policies to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To maintain a strong database to generate prospective leads and attracting investment.
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management.
