Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to Ensure Potato Seed, Hybrid Vegetable Seed And Rice Seed Sales.
Experienced in Seed Selling.
Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives of the territory as per budget.
Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region.
Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.
Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.
Actively manage relationships with Distributors, dealers and Retailers.
Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales collection budget.
Any other task given by the management/supervisor
