Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuous follow-up with the potential and prospective landowners for joint venture project
∎ Study and collect land-related information and necessary documents from landowners, media, and others
∎ Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information
∎ Exercise the feasibility of the land and prepare an efficient proposal
∎ Negotiate with land owners regarding the Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA), etc.
∎ Coordinate with architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition
∎ Prepare the draft budget for new and existing landowners' payment
