Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely payment collection and build strong business relationships.
Confirm outstanding balances directly with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, or written communications.
Track overdue payments and initiate recovery actions as per company policy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records, including aging analysis and payment status.
Analyze customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits in coordination with the CRM department.
Resolve disputes or discrepancies related to billing or payment in coordination with relevant departments.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align credit terms with business strategies.
Liaise with the Legal/Admin Department for action on high-risk or severely delinquent accounts.
Monitor customer compliance with agreed-upon credit terms and take preventive actions against delays.
Support internal and external audits related to receivables and credit transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks involving receivables, provision, and write-offs.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support credit control, billing, or recovery goals.
