Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing, Deposit Sales, Hotel Share Marketing, hotel share sales, lands sale, Plot and Appartment sale, Private sector investment, Real Estate Sales, Selling Apartments and Commercial Space
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Hotel, Investment/Merchant Banking, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate land project solution.
∎ Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
∎ Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals,lead generation services, Craig's list and other forms of media.
∎ Advise clients on market conditions, benefits of project, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible to meet the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
∎ Roll-out the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Corporate sales experts from Real Estate will get priority.
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate industry.
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside of the company.
∎ She/he should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly bonus salary
