Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
Graduated from an English medium background, with O Level & A Level credentials (required).
Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written; IELTS qualification preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and client communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable, and efficient in handling responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero and QuickBooks.
Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA will be an advantage.
Experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. This role plays a key part in managing daily operations, supervising junior team members, and supporting strategic and project-based initiatives. The selected candidate will also handle middle-management responsibilities and must demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills to ensure efficient processes and seamless client service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
Understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Manage relationships with multiple international clients while maintaining service excellence and professionalism.
Operations & Process Management:
Assist in developing, streamlining, and documenting bookkeeping and operational processes.
Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and related tools to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and overall productivity.
Monitor project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Leadership & Middle Management:
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance, coaching, and training as required.
Participate in decision-making related to departmental planning, performance evaluation, and process improvement.
Lead projects involving process optimization, client onboarding, and system implementation or migration.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting:
Perform and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
