• Proven Experience in RMG factories.
• Strong capabilities on mailing correspondence, memo, dealing with stakeholders and conducting necessary meetings, training & awareness.

Facility is currently seeking Executive/Senior Executive-Admin for our well-reputed woven garments factory located in Sardagonj, Kashimpur, Gazipur.

• Develop & Maintain effective admin policy-procedures to save and secure the company’s assets and complex.
• Exercise daily responsibilities over the Admin Team
• Well trained from different organizations
• Communication skill between factory workforce and management
• Have to ensure implementation of the administration as per company SOP & Manuals.
• Liaison with Police Station, Labor Court, BGMEA, BKMEA, Industrial Police and other related organizations of Government Offices.
• Have to be capable of handling Disciplinary, Grievance & employee relation issues.
• Assess the needs of the respective complex and the needs of new and necessary requirements
• Implement security/safety improvements measures that benefit the company’s assets, visitors, foreign buyers and employees as directed by the management.
• Dealing well with Daily Budgets, Expenses, Bill Voucher, Internal Canteen, Dining etc.
