Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Promotes/Sales/Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
∎ • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
∎ • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, prepare reports, making recommendations to management.
∎ • To work as an effective member of the marketing & sales team to achieve the long-term goals of the department.
∎ • Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls & emails.
∎ • Organize, manage, Pursue and coordinate all sales activities.
∎ • Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customers needs.
∎ • To keep update the monthly sales progress to the management.
∎ • Undertake extensive field visits to potential and existing customer’s everyday as per visit calendar to meet the daily requirement.
∎ • Display & Explain product future with financial benefits to customers at trade exhibitions, events, road show and demonstrations.
∎ • Attend phone call from advertisement, make database with status and follow up regularly.
∎ • Maintain Regularize and update activities in online sales system on daily basis.
∎ • Meet competition customer and understand their views and needs.
∎ • Prepare periodic reports on existing compliance status in the field covering the key issues.
∎ • Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs and try to make them satisfied through meeting in person and via telephone calls and emails.
∎ • Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage.
∎ • Collect Information of competition network expansion and promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
∎ • Maintain liaison with other departments to handle and deliver the job smoothly and timely.
∎ • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Who have experience to manage vendor like Zara, Pull & Bear, Lefties, Bershka, Wrangler, lee, etc. is highly preferred.
