Executive/Officer, Special Assets Management Division

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per organizational requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management, recovery, and resolution of non-performing assets (NPAs).
• Develop asset recovery strategies, negotiate settlements, and manage litigation processes.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to mitigate credit risk exposure.
• Monitor portfolio performance, generate MIS, and drive recovery performance KPIs.
• Engage with borrowers and regulators for timely resolution and restructuring plans.
