Responsibilities & Context:

∎ This role requires flexibility in working both from home and from the office, depending on business needs. The candidate must be adaptable and able to manage time efficiently between remote and in-office work.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ HR Management:
∎ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
∎ Administrative Support:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events. Ensure smooth operation of office functions.
∎ Excellent Customer Service:
∎ Handle and maintain relationships with foreign clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Regularly follow up with clients to address their needs and concerns.
∎ Client Relations:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing communications and building long-term relationships. Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
∎ Collaboration with Management:
∎ Work closely with the management team to align HR and administrative strategies with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on improving organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
∎ Follow-Up and Coordination:
∎ Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of communications and actions.
