Education: - Master of Arts (MA) in English
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- BA/MA in English preferred/ BBA/MBA/B.Sc in Engineering. H.S.C in Science is must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Additional Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in ISO 9001 implementation or quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, documentation control, and internal auditing.
- Proficient in report writing, data accuracy, and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and manage multiple tasks on time.
Responsibilities & Context: - Coordinate with department heads to develop, structure, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation.
- Ensure all documents reflect current processes and are updated promptly after changes.
- Monitor and approve documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Work with departments to implement and adhere to documented ISO processes.
- Verify that employees understand and follow ISO 9001 procedures.
- Provide ISO 9001 training and guidance to relevant departments.
- Develop internal audit plans covering all departments.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify process gaps or areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting nonconformities and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate corrective actions with departments to address audit findings.
- Monitor the progress and closure of corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all audits, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication on ISO requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly ISO implementation progress reports.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
