• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
• Must be proficient in computers (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Able to work under stress & independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as and when required.

• Will be responsible for various crop production (e.g. potato, paddy, groundnut, vegetables, etc.). 

• Will be responsible for field quality inspection of seed and processed potatoes. Also will inspect other crops like groundnut, paddy, vegetables, etc. 

• Will be responsible for crop quality inspection at the time of receiving and as well as at the field level Will be responsible for cold storage management after felling them with seed and processed potatoes. 

• Will be responsible for monitoring and evaluation of contract farming activities 

• Will be responsible for looking after fertilizer & pesticide management. 

• Will be responsible for bringing new areas/districts under contract farming for various crops including potatoes and also encouraging farmers for contract farming. 

• Will be responsible for sourcing various commodities according to company needs. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment. 

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options. 

• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts. 

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high-quality. Will be responsible for maintaining stock of incoming and outgoing products. 

• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development. 

• To develop new sources/sourcing & suppliers based on their performance evaluation.

• To collect/gather regular market information like; price, quality, competitor products sourcing, etc. 

• Will be responsible for visiting the market, farmers` premises, and vendor`s store/warehouse. 

• Create and maintain good relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

• Bill checking & process to submit accounts department for payment. 

• To prepare procurement reports as required by the line manager. 

• Work with team members and the procurement manager to complete duties as needed. 

• Any other task assigned by management.
