Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy through extensive and qualitative research and statistics. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads into prospective business.
∎ Handling tourist visa processing.
∎ Process visas for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Vietnam, Uk, UAE, Schengen Countries.
∎ Communicate with customers and tell the visa requirements.
∎ Collect documents required for visa processing from the clients.
∎ Fill up visa application form.
∎ Arrange documents as per the requirements of the embassy.
∎ Submit visa application of behalf of the applicant and collect passport once visa in ready.
∎ Passport / Visa delivery to client before the client's travel date.
∎ Counseling to clients regarding all types of holiday packages.
∎ Should be friendly with customers resourceful with potential leads.
∎ Keep the strong relationship with the company at overseas.
∎ Regularly conversation with our valuable customer.
∎ Other assigned work from the company.
∎ Maintain official paper work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ We are looking for young, energetic & self motivated personnel for visa officer to join our team with great knowledge and experience on international & local tour packages.
∎ Must be proficient in english and have a details understanding of the full official paper work, using email or whatsapp etc.
∎ Know the visa requirements of different countries.
∎ Know how to arrange documents for visa application submission.
∎ Know the submission procedure of different embassies.
∎ Good knowledge of visa processing & holiday packages.
∎ Should have experience in package tour selling.
∎ Should have good experience in schengen, usa, uk, australia, canada.
∎ Computer literate specifically word, excel, adobe reader, illustrator & photoshop.
∎ Must have good communication skills in english.
∎ Must be well mannered.
Salary: Negotiable
