Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate sourcing and onboarding of leads (sellers /brands) based on the category and company strategy.
∎ Identify new seller /brand prospects through data-driven analysis of the market.
∎ Managing Vendor / Sellers account through continuous communication to maintaining relationship for fruitful business.
∎ Targeted KPI on new seller acquisition, assortment and make them Active.
∎ Developing & implementing strategies for Merchant acquisition & to educate sellers about selling on e-commerce platforms.
∎ G2N strategies- understand the market; identify the seller & business portfolio to acquire a new Vendor.
∎ Train up the vendors/ Seller about how to maintain the Seller Panel, website & system works in every aspect.
∎ Maintaining acquisition trackers (seller status, follow up, contact signed to live etc.) for the daily based reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by department decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Punctual & well disciplined.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
