Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ ITP will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Mobile Accessories, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment, appeal procedure and tribunal finalization VAT & TAX authority.
∎ Monitor the deduction of Tax at source and deposit the same to the government treasure on time.
∎ Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
∎ Prepare Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and examines accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Responsible for the efficient operation of Tax & VAT related accounting activities of the Organization.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan, maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Process VAT issues as per compliance, ensuring appropriate documentation and Support in VAT invoicing, purchase register, sales register update & VAT return process VAT books (Sales & Purchase) of accounts as per VAT Act & Rule.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within the group
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Keep liaison with government regulatory bodies.
∎ Handle VAT audit conducted by NBR, AG and other government authorities.
∎ Store Sales & Vat Sales daily Production stock (monthly)
∎ Stock of raw materials, consumption, use vat & store monthly
∎ report on price declaration
∎ report on export, import, Mushuk 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 9.1 and Sub Form
∎ Communicate with Store, distribution, security, Commercial & Head Office relating to VAT.
∎ Anchor VAT activities of Head Office, factories, Supply Chain and contract parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Experience in VAT in Mobile industry/Factory will be given priority.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under pressure.
